Purpose

Service matters are governed by a large body of Acts, Rules, Government Orders, memos and circulars. Employees usually need one clear explanation of what applies to their situation, what paper has to move, and where the rule can be verified. This platform brings those explanations together in plain language, organised by subject, with search, calculators, examples and downloadable working aids.

3. 3A Government Order number, date or provision is published only when it has been confirmed from the official source; unverified entries are marked for verification.
4. 4Calculations show their method and assumptions so results can be checked line by line.
5. 5Content is revised as orders, rules and practice change.
